We are an all-volunteer patrol made up of over 120 skiers and boarders who love to be on the slopes. We provide medical care to the guests of Alpine Valley Resort in Elkhorn, WI during the winter season whenever a bit of help is needed.
The Alpine Valley Ski Patrol (AVSP) consists of volunteer patrollers who are members of the National Ski Patrol (NSP), have completed the NSP Outdoor Emergency Care certification, the AVSP ski/board proficiency and rescue toboggan training and testing.
Our 120+ member patrol is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, interests and skill levels, but they all bring a strong interest in helping those who love to come out and enjoy the slopes.

Interested in becoming a patroller? We are seeking individuals with solid skiing or snowboarding skills and an interest and willingness to develop their skills.
